Abstract:
Based on the data of China Statistical and economic-social panel data in provincial-level from 2010 to 2020, the authors used the Synthetic Control Method (SCM) to evaluate the "benefit of the weak" effect of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development policy on economic growth, industrial structure optimization and air quality improvement in Hebei Province. The dataset of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development (BTHCD) policy effect on Hebei Province (2010-2020) is one of the products of the evaluation. The dataset includes: (1) economic effect, industrial effect and environmental effect data of the BTHCD; (2) heterogeneity analysis data of the BTHCD; (3) estimation results of the policy effects of the BTHCD on the economy, industry and environment in Hebei Province. The dataset is archived in .xlsx format, and consist of one data file with data size of 285 KB. The analysis paper based on the dataset was published at Acta Geographica Sinica, Vol. 79, No. 8, 2024.
