Abstract:
The simulation dataset of carbon and water fluxes of planted shrub ecosystem in Yanchi County of China (1986-2018) was developed using Biome-BGC model before and after parameter optimization, integrated with data observed by Eddy Covariance. On the basis of evaluating the effect of parameter optimization, gross primary productivity (GPP) and evapotranspiration (ET) of the planted shrub encroachment ecosystem of the desert steppe region in the Yanchi County of Ningxia from 1986 to 2018 were simulated. The data includes the following data in Yanchi County: (1) geolocation of the stations; (2) daily and monthly observed and simulated GPP and ET using Biome-BGC model before and after parameter optimization in 2017; (3) daily observed and simulated GPP and ET using Biome-BGC model before and after parameter optimization during 2016-2018; (4) yearly and monthly GPP and ET from 1986 to 2018; (5) GPP, ET and climate factors from 1986 to 2018. The dataset is archived in .shp and .xlsx data formats, and consists of 16 data file with data size of 173 KB (Compressed into one file with 166 KB). The analysis paper based on the dataset was published at Acta Ecologica Sinica, Vol. 43, No. 13, 2023.
