Abstract：

Hotan Oasis is the largest oasis in Hotan Administrative Region, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China. It is also known as Ho-Mo-Luo Oasis for that most of which is located in Hotan County (city), Moyu County and Luopu County. The geo-location of the Hotan Oasis is between 36°55′45″N and 37°55′11″N, 78°53′11″E and 80°32′52″E. The area of the Hotan Oasis is 4,820.94 km² based on Albers projection, and the perimeter is 2,358.08 km based on Lambert projection. The Hotan Oasis boundary data was developed based on Google earth images in 2015. The dataset is archived in .kmz and .shp data formats, which consists of 17 data files with data size of 57.1 MB (Compressed to 2 files with 22.2 MB).
