Abstract：
By end of 2020，the observer countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) include Mongolia, Afghanistan, Belarus and Iran, located in the Asia-Europe continent, its geo-location is from 25°3′34″N to 56°9′57″N, and 23°10′37″E to 119°55′57″E. The total area of SCO observer countries is 4036528.30 km² based on Albert projection. The outline of SCO observer countries is 25385.73 km by Lambert projection. The dataset was developed based on GADM global administrative division database and Global multiple scale shorelines dataset based on Google Earth images (2015), combined with relevant maps. The dataset is archived in .shp and .kmz data formats, and consists of 17 data files with data size of 23.0 MB (compressed to 2 files, 9.73 MB). The dataset may be used for research as reference only.
