Abstract:
Kenyan Oasis is located in eastern Africa, between 1°52'29″S and 4°6'30″N, 35°20'51″E and 41°53'57″E. Its total area is 7,829.66 km² (Albers). The Kenyan Oasis is mainly formed by rivers. It is composed of 12 individual oases, including the Habaswein Oasis, Tana River Oasis and Jubba River Oasis. Among them, the Habaswein Oasis is the largest one with an area of 5,112.26 km². The dataset was developed based on Google Earth 2020 imagery and related maps. The dataset is archived in .kmz and .shp data formats, and consists of 17 data files with data size of 15.1 MB (Compressed into 2 files with 6.59 MB).
