Abstract:

With the development of urbanization, facility agriculture, which is dominated by greenhouses, has developed rapidly in Chengdu of China. Based on the Google Earth images, the authors developed the spatial data of facility agriculture in 15 districts and counties of Chengdu in 2010 and 2020 using the methods of visual interpretation and geo-statistics, and calculated the land area of facility agriculture in each district and county, then obtained the facility agriculture dataset in Chengdu of China (2010, 2020). The results show that the area of facility agriculture increased by 45.30 km² in Chengdu from 2010 to 2020. Spatially, it expanded from the south to the north in Chengdu. The dataset includes: (1) the spatial data of facility agriculture in 2010 and 2020; (2) Statistical data of facility agricultural land area of districts and counties in 2010 and 2020. The dataset is archived in. gdb and. xlsx data formats, and consists of 53 data files with data size of 6.63 MB (Compressed into one file with 3.36 MB).Browse
