Abstract:
Based on the data from Statistical Yearbook, and the statistical bulletins of local cities in Shandong Province of China, the authors used the entropy weight TOPSIS method and the Haken model to develop the co-evolution dataset of tourism economy and urban ecological resilience in Shandong Province of China (2011-2020). The dataset includes: (1) the level and trend of tourism economy and urban ecological resilience in Shandong Province and 17 prefecture level cities from 2011 to 2020; (2) the level and trend of synergistic evolution between tourism economy and urban ecological resilience in 17 prefecture level cities in Shandong Province from 2011 to 2020; (3) the co-evolution value of tourism economy and urban ecological resilience in the three major economic circles; (4) regression coefficients of factors influencing the synergistic evolution of tourism economy and urban ecological resilience in 17 prefecture level cities in Shandong Province from 2011 to 2020. The dataset is archived in .xlsx format, consisting of one data file with data size of 19 KB. The analysis paper based on this dataset will be published in Acta Geographica Sinica, Vol. 78, 2023.
