Abstract:
Graham Bell Island is an island in the eastern of the Franz Josef Land, which is located in the Barents Sea of the Arctic Ocean. The Graham Bell Island is 46.85 km separated from the Yeva-liv Island in its north, and 6.48 km separated from Wilczek Land in its southwest. The geo-location of the island is between80°38'18"N and 81°11'36"N, 62°30'43"E and 65°22'5"E. It belongs to Arkhangelsk, Northwest Region of Russia. Its area is 1640.12 km² based on the Albers projection, and the coastline is 229.05 km long based on the Lambert projection. The dataset is developed based on the Global Multiple Scale Shorelines Dataset based on Google Earth images (2015), combined with Russia maps. The dataset is archived in .kmz and .shp data formats, and consists of 15 data files with data size of 371 KB (compressed to two data files with 257 KB).
