Abstract：
The Nankai University "Flying Wings" Student Science and Technology Service Team finished the video based on joining the 2nd Winter Fishing Festival in the Thousand Reservoirs of Panshi. The video is consisted of three parts. After the introduction of the winter fishing history, the activity scene and wonderful ice performances were shown including puppet shows, stilt-walking, top spinning and so on. Then the role of the Panshi Cases on Geographical Indications Environment & Sustainability (GIES) for the regional development was put forward. The video is archived in .mp4 format, and takes 4:59 minutes.
