Abstract:
Bermuda Islands is located in the north of Atlantic Ocean, 1038km to the eastern coast of North Carolina, America; it is a British overseas territory. Its geolocation is between 32°14′49″N and 32°28′34″N, 64°53′15″W and 64°38′47″W. The Bermuda Islands consists of 191 Islands (the smallest island is 85m²), including Bermuda Mainland Island, Saint David's Island, Saint George Island, Somerset Village Island, Ireland Island, Ireland Island South, Smith's Island. The total area of the Bermuda Islands is 54.47km² the coastline is 251.15km long. The biggest island in the Bermuda Islands is Bermuda Mainland Island with an area of 40.30km², which is 74% of the total area of Bermuda Islands. The dataset is developed based on the Google Earth images and the referenced maps. The dataset is archived in .kmz and .shp data format with the compressed data size of 1.97MB.
