Abstract：
The Dataset of farmland conversion in 456 counties in the North China Plain (2010) records the farmland transferred in and out by each of 456 counties in North China Plain in 2010. The records are calculated based on the households surveying in 770 villages of 77 counties including farmland conversion data, family highest education time, employed population as a percentage of the family's population, agricultural income as a percentage of total household income, etc., together with the integration of ELL model and the related datasets such as the geographic information data, agricultural disaster data, farmland productivity data, etc. The data results indicated that the net farmland in all countries is all negative. The farmland transformed in ranges from 440.79 to 1379.86 hm², the total farmland in is 411,676.06 hm². While, the farmland transformed out ranges from 908.61 – 2,745.29hm², the total farmland out is 767,452.27 hm². . The farmland total lost in 2010 in North China Plain is 355,776.21 hm². The dataset is archived in .xlsx data format with the data size of 46 KB. The analysis paper based on the dataset has been published at the journal of Resources Science, Vol. 38, No. 8, 2016.
