Please note that it is NOT necessary to pay the conference fee or accommodation at this stage, but it is advisable to register.
VISA LETTERS: PLEASE DO AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
When you complete registration, even if payment has not been made you will receive a link to the visa letter form. However, the form is in any case available here http://www.scidatacon2014.org/invitation-letter
You need to complete the web form with the details requested and that will create an invitation letter to be downloaded and included in your visa application. You should also download the documentation from the same page at this link http://www.scidatacon2014.org/cdn/gallery/2446.pdf - this contains the official ministry letter that must be included in your visa application.
Please note the information on page four of the Ministry Letter and at http://www.scidatacon2014.org/visas. This means in addition to making the visa application that the information requested in the table needs to be sent to INSA via the address meetings@alpcord.com (this is the conference organising company which is helping with this).
