Abstract:
The Wangqing Black Fungus Facility Agriculture in Mountain Valleys in Jiguan Township covers the area of Jiguan Township, which is located at the middle of Wangqing County, Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, Jilin Province of China. Wangqing county is situated in a temperate humid and cool climate zone. The average annual temperature is 4.9 ℃, with a frost-free period of 170 d, total annual precipitation of 574.9 mm, and total annual sunshine duration of 2,234 hours. The river systems within Jiguan Township belong to the Gaya River Basin. The analysis results of heavy metal content in soil samples were far lower than the national standard limit, and the water quality indicators were better than the national standards. Auricularia auricular contains rich of protein, crude fiber, vitamins, Auricularia auricula polysaccharide, also contains calcium, iron and other mineral elements. After sampling and testing, all indicators are better than the national standard requirements: ear pieces are complete and uniform, natural curl, pure color and luster; there were no moldy ears and moth-eaten ears, and the impurity content was 0. The total sugar content is 43.8%-56.8%; crude protein content is 10.8%-12.8%. The contents of heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, inorganic arsenic and methylmercury were far lower than the national standard limits, and no pesticide residues such as DDT, BHC and DDVP were detected. The product quality was safe and reliable. The total amount of black fungus planting in the township is 30 million bags, with a total output of 1.8 million kg. The dataset includes: (1) boundary of the case area; (2) the physical geography data; (3) black fungus product characteristic data; (4) black fungus management and historical and cultural data. The dataset is archived in .shp, .tif, .xlsx, .docx, and .jpg formats, and consists of 83 data files with data size of 80.2 MB (compressed into one file with 11.4 MB).
