Abstract：
The East Volcano Islands is part of Andaman Islands, located in the Andaman Sea. It belongs to the North and Middle Andaman administrative district, part of the Indian Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Two volcano islands are in the East Volcano Islands, i.e., Barren Island and Narcondam Island, 132.5 km far away from each other. The Narcondam Island is separated from the North Andaman Island 130 km at its west, and its geo-location is 13°25′46″N-13°27′53″N, 94°14′56″E-94°16′38″E. The Barren Island is separated from the Middle Andaman Island 98 km at its west, and its geo-location is 12°15′54″N-12°17′44″N, 93°50′44″E-93°52′40″E. The total area of the Narcondam Islands is 15.85 km², and the coastline is 27.50 km. The area of Barren Island and Narcondam Island is 8.25 km² and 7.60 km², and the coastline is 14.05 km and 13.45 km, respectively. The Barren Island is an active volcano, with the most resent eruption in 2017. The Narcondam Island is a dormant volcano. The dataset was developed based on the Google Earth and related maps and references. The dataset is consisted of 15 data files and archived in the .kmz and .shp data formats with the data size of 326 KB (Compressed to 139 KB in two files).
