Abstract:

Based on the input-output data and the yearbooks of statistics of China in 2012 and 2015, the social accounting matrix (SAM) of four Municipalities of China, including Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, and Chongqing was calculated. It provides support for the urban land CGE model and the study of urban land and related issues. The dataset consists of five tables, each of them is consisted of 10 items, including Industry(10&sup4 Yuan), mining and warehousing(10&sup4 Yuan), Transport(10&sup4 Yuan), Residential use (10&sup4 Yuan), Commercial and services use(10&sup4 Yuan), Public management and public services(10&sup4 Yuan), Labor(10&sup4 Yuan), Capital(10&sup4 Yuan), Land(hm2), Household (10&sup4 Yuan)and Government(10&sup4 Yuan). The five tables are: (1) SAM table of Beijing in 2012; (2) SAM table of Shanghai in 2012;(3) SAM table of Tianjin in 2012;(4) SAM table of Chongqing in 2012;(5) SAM table of Chongqing in 2015.
