Abstract:

Sentinel based Leaf Area Index (LAI) dataset in Sri Lanka (2018) was developed by using empirical model and Sentinel Satellite data at the Google Earth Engine platform. The dataset is the maximum LAI in 2018 and the spatial resolution is 10 m. It is archived in. tif data format, consists of 3 data files with data size of 1.67 GB (compressed into 5 files for transformation easily, total compressed file size is 1.57 GB).
