Abstract:

In order to understand how the maize agroecosystem change at middle reaches of Heihe River in northwest China, The seasonal variation of maize ecosystem respiration and the temperature controls on them in Linze National Ecosystem Station (100°08′27″E、39°19′38″N, 1381m)were investigated. The Maize Agroecosystem Dataset of Linze Station, China (2009) was developed by both in situ daily data in 2009, as well as simulating data by four models ( Q10, Quadratic, Lloyd&Taylor and logistic models). The dataset is consisted of the geolocation data of the sample spot and 9 tables: Table 1 Statistics of soil water content at different depth; Table 2 Statistics of daily air temperature and soil water content; Table 3 Daily mean ecosystem repiration rate at night; Table 4 Calculated rate of the ecosystem respiration, air temperature and soil temperature at different depth; Table 5 The data of ecological respiratory predictive value, ecological respiratory observed value and ecological respiratory residual value; Table 6 Daily change of ecosystem respiration rate and seasonal variation of ecosystem carbon emission rate based on the different models; Table 7 Relationships between night mean ecosystem respiration rate and air temperature from April to October in 2009; Table 8 The rate for basal ecosystem respiration and the calculated temperature sensitivity for ecosystem respiration; Table 9 The data of soil water content with the ecological respiratory observed value、ecological respiratory residual value and standardization ecosystem respiration based on Q10 model. The dataset is archived in both .kmz, .shp and .xlsx formats with the compressed data size of 3.5MB. The research paper was published in the Journal of Natural Resources, No. 10, Vol.30, 2015.
