Abstract:

Based on the thermal conductivity of 127 rock samples in the coal stratums and 59 reliable temperature data measured systematically in mine field, the terrestrial heat flux in Huainan-Huaibei Coalfield were calculated. The data indicated that the heat flux in Huainan-Huaibei Coalfield range from 29.7mW/㎡ to 83.9mW/㎡ and the average is 58.3mW/㎡. There is a certain difference compared to other sedimentation basins. Furthermore, the heat flux 63.7 mW/㎡ in Huainan coalfield is much higher than the 55.2 mW/㎡ in Huaibei coalfield. The dataset is archived in the .xles data format with the data size of KB. The analysis paper was published in the Chinese Journal of Geophysics, No. 7, Vol. 58, 2015.
