Abstract:

The relief degree of land surface is a comprehensive representation of regional altitude and surface cutting degree. Using the resampled Digital Elevation Model data and the Feng(2007) Model, the Relief Degree of Land Surface dataset of China in 1km resolution was developed. The dataset includes the spatial distribution data of the Relief Degree of Land Surface at 1km covering China, as well as each province of China, the statistics of average relief degree of land surface of provinces, cities and counties in China. The dataset is archived in ARCGIS GRID and xlsx data format, consisting of 522 data files. The data size is 126 MB (compressed to one data file in 11.2 MB).
