Abstract:

Based on Landsat TM/OLI remote sensing images, LUCC data, ecosystem service evaluation data, and high-precision urban surface information in 2000, 2005, 2010 and 2015, this study analyzed spatio-temporal processes of urban expansion and impervious surface situation in four periods of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration of China, and obtained the datasets of urban impervious surface, maximum vegetation index and net primary production in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region of China. The result shows that area of urban artificial surface has increased by 4500.44 km² since 2000, and the urban impervious surface has increased by 3491.73 km². The datasets include: 1) boundary of study area; 2) 1km resolution urban artificial surface, urban impervious surface ratio, maximum vegetation index and net primary production in 2000, 2005, 2010 and 2015. The dataset was archived in shp and ArcGIS Grid data format with data size of 24.5 MB in 207 files (compressed to one single file in 4.80 MB). The analysis paper besed on this dataset was published at Acta Geographica Sinica, Vol. 72, No. 6, 2017.
