Qinling-Daba Mountains and surrounding area (Qinba) is located in middle and the transition zone between Northern and Southern China. Based on MOD13Q1 V006 data at a spatial resolution of 250 m and a temporal resolution of 16 d from 2000 to 2019, the author calculated the seasonal, and annual NDVI data using the maximum value composites and the mean value methods; then analyzed the variation trends by linear regression analysis, F test, and statistical analysis to develop the spatiotemporal variation trends dataset of NDVI in Qinling-Daba Mountains and surrounding area of China (2000-2019). The dataset includes the following data files during 2000-2019 in the Qinba: (1) inter-annual and seasonal spatial distribution of Slope of NDVI; (2) characteristics of significance change trend (P values and the slope of NDVI through a test of 95% confidence level); (3) seasonal and annual mean NDVI data. The dataset is archived in .tif and .xlsx formats, and consists of 47 data files with a data size of 994 MB (compressed into one file with 385 MB).
