Abstract：

The Northwestern Islands is located in the northwestern of Svalbard Archipelago, between Greenland Sea and Barents Sea in the Arctic Ocean. It is in Norway, and the geo-location is between 79°46′25″N and 79°53′09″N, 11°15′28″E and 11°38′59″E. The Northwestern Islands consists of 34 islands (area of the smallest is 380 m²). Among them, the five largest islands are Fuglesongen Island, Fugl Island, Klovningen Island, Indre Norsk Island, and Ytre Norsk Island. The total area of the Northwestern Islands is 12.67 km², and the length of the coastline is 47.84 km. The dataset was developed based on Google Earth images around 2015. The dataset is archived in .kmz and .shp data formats, and consists of 17 data files with data size of 304 KB (Compressed into 2 files with 205 KB).
