Abstract：
Gaafaru Atoll is located from 4。43＇49〃N to 4。44＇19〃N, 73。29＇9〃E to 73。30＇9〃E in mid-east of Maldives. It is one of four atolls in the Kaafu administrative Atoll. The neighbors of the Gaafaru Atoll are the Kaashidhoo Atoll in north and North Male Atoll in south. 3 islands are included in the Gaafaru Atoll, including Gaafaru and Velifaru islands. The biggest one among them is the Gaafaru Island with the area of 0.17km2. The total area of the islands in the Gaafaru Atoll is 0.18km2, and the total coastline is 3.70km. The dataset was developed based on integration among the Google Earth images and related maps and records. The data is archived in .kmz and .shp data format with the compressed data size of 13KB.
