Abstract:
The dataset of water stable oxygen isotope records from a Dome A, East Antarctica ice core for period 1-1900 CE provides an ice core climate record from Dome A (80.37°S, 77.37°E, 4093 m a.s.l.), East Antarctica. The ice core was drilled in 2005, and dated by volcanic time markers. The dataset provides the water stable oxygen isotope records (δ18O) with a resolution of 50-year and covering period 1–1900 CE. In detail, the dataset includes: 1) Geolocation of the sample site; 2) oxygen isotope records. The dataset is archived in .xlsx data format in one data file with data size of 11.1 KB. The analysis paper based on the dataset was published at Geophysical Research Letters, Vol. 48, No. 7, 2021.
