Abstract:
China’s Biological abundance index (BAI) was developed based on 1:100000 scale land cover data in 1985s and 2005, and followed the “Technical Criterion for Eco-environmental Status Evaluation, HJ/T192-2006” published by Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People’s Republic of China. The dataset is 1km by 1km in GRID format and covers about 1985 and 2005. The dataset indicate that BAI declined in both national and provincial level during 1985-2005, especially in Shanghai, Tianjin, and Macao.Browse
