The in situ observation dataset of the Poa crymophila in Yushu alpine meadow was observed in early August 2014 at the Yushu Alpine Steppe Resources and Ecological Environment Key Scientific Observatory Station (33°24'30"N, 97°18'00"E) and the around area at altitude of 4250m above sea level. The Samples include annual grazing plots (YG), summer grazing plots (SG), winter grazing plots (WG), 3-year enclosure plots (UG3), 5-year enclosure plots (UG5) and 12-year enclosure plots (UG12). Six quadrats were selected from each of the plots and nine organically mature plants of Poa crymophila were randomly selected in each quadrat. The items of the dataset were consisted of leaf number, leaf length, leaf width, Leaf area, Leaf weight, stem length, stem diameter, stem weight, fringe length, fringe weight, root length, root diameter, root weight, plant height, branch number and whole weight. In addition, the geographical location data of six plots was also included. The dataset is archived in .kmz, .shp, and .xlsx formats with the compressed data size of 44.6KB. The analysis paper based on the dataset was published in the journal of Acta Ecologica Sinica, No. 36, Vol. 12, 2016.Browse
