Abstract:

Stagnone Islands is 0.40 km separated from the Sicily Island in its east, and located in the southeastern of the Tyrrhenian Sea, a bay of the Mediterranean. The Stagnone Islands is in the Sicilian Region of Italy. The geo-location of the Stagnone Islands is between 37°50′31″N and 37°54′19″N, 12°25′45″E and 12°28′20″E. The Stagnone Islands is composed of Grand Island, Santa Maria, San Pantaleo and La Schola. In the islands, the Grand Island is the biggest one with an area of 5.92 km². The total area of the Stagnone Islands is 6.48 km² based on Albers projection, and the total coastline is 24.82 km based on Lambert projection. The dataset is archived in .kmz and .shp data formats, and consists of 17 data files with data size of 206 KB (compressed to 2 data files with 125 KB).
