Abstract:
Chinese scientists believe in the community with a shared future for mankind, seizing opportunities to forge important collaborations internationally, through joint scientific breakthroughs and the sharing of vaccines. As early as the first quarter of 2020, several international teams had worked together on publications based on the joint studies. As September 2022, Over 350,000 COVID-19 related articles were published. In which, 33,848 articles accounting for 9.67% of the total were contributed by Chinese scholars, ranking second to 95,693 American did. Amongst which, 12,003 articles were jointed contributed by Chinese and global scholars from 175 countries in the world. USA, England and Australia kept the top three in each of three years from 2020 to 2022. Since the pandemic, China has dispatched international medical teams for fighting COVID-19, providing vaccines and technologies. China’s efforts were praised. The post administrations from Guinea-Bissau, Center Africa, Niger, Sao Tome and Principe, Djibouti and Chad releasing commemorative postal stamps to remember China’s aid.
