Abstract：

The Yangxia-Cedaya Oasis is an oasis nourished by the Yangxia River, the Cedaya River and other nearby rivers, located in Luntai County, Bayingoleng Mongol Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, China. The geo-location of Yangxia-Cedaya Oasis is 41°45′29″N - 42°02′07″N, 84°27′15″E - 85°13′42″E. The Yangxia-Cedaya Oasis consists of 17 oases with a total area of 615.42 km² (Albers), total perimeter of 484.95 km (Lambert). And the largest oasis covers an area of 562.45 km² and a perimeter of 349.71 km. The main stream lengths of Yangxia River and the Cedaya River are 90.12 km and 44.01 km. The geo-location of the mountainous part of the catchment is between 42°02′25″N and 42°26′39″N, 84°13′41″E and 85°26′08″E. The area of it is 2,596.92 km², and the perimeter of it is 334.76 km. The elevation of this part of the catchment was divided into 8 types. The dataset is consisted of (1) boundary data of the Yangxia-Cedaya Oasis; (2) rivers nourishing the Yangxia-Cedaya Oasis; (3) boundary data of the mountainous part of the Yangxia-Cedaya Rivers’ catchment; (4) elevation classification data of the mountainous catchment. The dataset is archived in .kmz, .shp and .tif data formats, and consists of 49 data files with data size of 16.9 MB (compressed to 4 files with 8.89 MB).
