The dataset consists of the following data covering the study area from 2008 to 2020: (1) coefficient of house prices and density of informal education institutions in different types; (2) housing price to rent ratio; (3) housing price and average annual growth rate; (4) identification factors and description; (5) comparison of social attribute; (6) basic information schools in 2020; (7) the main reasons for families moving to their current residence and future residence; (8) evaluation results. The dataset is archived in .shp and .xlsx formats, and consists of 9 data files with data size of 609 KB (Compressed to one file with 437 KB). The analysis paper based on this dataset was published in Acta Geographica Sinica, Vol. 78, No. 4, 2023.
