Abstract:
Deer Island is located between Baffin Island and Jens Munk Island. It is part of the Canada Arctic Archipelago and belongs to Nunavut Region, Canada. Its geo-location is between 69°46′50″N and 69°47′20″N, 80°43′18″W and 80°40′7″W. The area of the Deer Island is 1.19 km², and the coastline is 4.91 km long. The dataset is developed based on the Google Earth images and the referenced maps. The dataset is consisted of 15 data files, archived in both .kmz and .shp data formats with the data size of 41.4 KB (compressed to 19.0 KB in two files).
