Abstract：
The Preparis Islands belongs to the Cocokyun Township of South Yangon District of Yangon Region of Myanmar. It is separated from the Bay of Bengal at its west, from the Andaman Sea at its east, from Irrawaddy Delta by the Preparis North Chanel 140 km at its north, and from the Coco Islands by the Preparis South Chanel 76 km at its south. Its geo-location is 14°47′8″N-14°56′8″N, 93°33′0″E-93°39′7″E. It is consisted of Preparis Island, Cow and Calf Islets, West Reef Islets, and Preparis Pinncale. The total area of the Islands is 8.14 km², and the coastline is 24.23 km. The dataset was developed based on the Google Earth and related maps and references. The dataset is consisted of 15 data files and archived in the .kmz and .shp data formats with the data size of 213 KB (Compressed to 92.1 KB in two files).
