Abstract:
The Labyrinth Islands is part of the Rutland Archipelago, and it is separated from South Andaman Island and Rutland Island at its east. Its geo-location is 11°23′25″N-11°36′21″N, 92°31′39″E-92°34′46″E. It belongs to the South Andaman administrative district, part of the Indian Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. It is consisted of Tarmugli Island, Boat Island and Twin Islands (East Twin Island, West Twin Island). There is only 2.6 km between the West Twin Island and Rutland Island. The total area of the Islands is 15.69 km², and the coastline is 38.34 km. The dataset was developed based on the Google Earth and related maps and references. The dataset is consisted of 15 data files and archived in the .kmz and .shp data formats with the data size of 278 KB (Compressed to 108 KB in two files).
